    c: A 1920x1080 canvas.
    x: A 2D context for that canvas.

A nice round 2**7 chars. A bit of bitwise, ternary trimming and coefficient concessions

Yeah I was surprised to, I think this one is a bit more sensitive to bad distributions. Yonatan's is pretty good though.

i feel it is possible to somehow golf the random part by at least a byte but I still haven't found a way without major issues
