  • Click the present for your random gift. I wanted the present to move around and shake until you clicked it, but couldn't make it happen with the required function calls.
  • u/prplz
    Golfed c.onclick=z=()=>{c.width|=0;x.font="16em A";x.fillText(String.fromCodePoint(127873+t*60|0),832,668)};t||z()
  • u/prplz
    Ah i just realized that won't allow you to do the movement you wanted, but there are some other tricks there
  • u/Agnes
    Thanks for the onclick tip! That kind of allows me to do the shaking.

  • Really wanted this to use a more sophisticated random character generator but I couldn't figure out how to fit it. Thanks to Yonatan for golfing tips (.map instead of .forEach and S being a string instead of an array)!

    Will this eventually write The Complete Works of William Shakespeare?
  • u/zanella
    If AnanFay remixes this, then yes, it will eventually write The Complete Works of William Shakespeare.

  • May not work in browsers that don't have "**=", but there should be enough room to replace "s**=m" by "s=s**m".

  • Smaller TV static that almost looks random if you don't look too close
