The Kuramoto Model describes how small interactions between oscillators can lead to synchronization between them. E.g. flashing of fireflies, group of metronomes, neural network of spiking neurons can sync after a period. Oscillatory neural networks are a promising field for future research in both natural and Artificial Intelligence

instead of that let you can use i=4e3,j=s=0

The let is only there for performance to use up free chars. j and s don't need initializing. But i at 4e3 cant do 60fps without let on my machine.

This thing ((i&2)-1)*(2+i%7) takes so many characters. If somebody can figure out a shorter way to generate random-ish positive and negative numbers that aren't too close to zero that would be awesome. 7*C(i) is almost perfect but gets close to zero so you'd have trees on the path.

Oh! 3/C(i) works well here, but has no bound which will be an issue in other contexts.
