Good for integer init, this is because bitwise operators in JS coerce all non-number types to 0 (but also temporarily cast to int32 destroying floats)

this includes trully undefined (not undefined _type_), so you can use it to init non existant properties on an object/function e.g u.foo=-~u.foo
