    Was mostly just trying to understand your code. The C(i*i*t) is just to generate randomness, correct? And instead of transparency, you draw fractional pixels.

    that's pretty much it. C(i*t) gives a good random walk that varies slightly around 0, one of the smallest ways to make noise like this
